In trading, there are several performance metrics we can use to keep up with our trading.

There is net profit, drawdown, profit factor, etc. …but each trader has their favorite measure.

With my 10+ years of trading experience, I have now found what I believe to be the best measurement approach.

Something that I also apply in my own hedge fund.

I have based it on the fact that we all have the same goal…

We want to make as much money as possible with a very small drawdown.
