#156: GET MY TRADING RESEARCH, IDEAS, AND EXPERIENCE
Here’s the secret to long-term profitable trading.
Because there is not really any magic to it.
It is about:
good trading research,
new and fresh trading ideas (that are better than what all the losers out there are using to try to build their trading success with),
and experience (which comes with actual trading).
In fact, it is not much different from any other profession you want to become good and successful in: You need a certain amount of skills, inventiveness/originality, and constant improvements through experience.
And yes, it takes some time - like with everything.
But it is also the surest and reasonable and stable path to the ultimate trading growth and success.
No cheating, not rushed, and disappointing shortcuts. But rather building your trading business step by step, until you get really great at it - and with that, all the deserved reward happens naturally and almost seamlessly.
Now, I know, that in today’s world, this can sound too challenging. Especially because of TIME.
I’m very aware of the fact that we ALL struggle for time - probably more than ever before (meaning the entire history of humankind).
So, what can we do about that?
Well, the best way is something I usually call “shared intellectual capital”.
In other words, sharing the ideas, experience, and research of others. To leverage the skills and time of all of us. To get there faster, without cheating or sacrificing anything. (Because a candle doesn’t lose anything by lighting another candle, so there is no reason NOT to share all these assets, and help other traders grow FASTER).
And this is exactly what me and Andrew Swanscott from Better System Trader decided to do.
